Competenz MVC Nominations

Most Valuable Coach nominations are now open.

After last year’s overwhelming success, Competenz is proud to launch Season 2 of our MVC (Most Valuable Coach) campaign – our way of recognising the bosses, trainers and mentors who act as true game changers for our apprentices. Just like every great team has a MVP, our industries thrive because of the people who step up, call the plays, lead, guide and back learners to succeed.

This campaign is all about shining a light on the employer-learner relationship and celebrating the legends who keep industry moving forward, especially in tough times.

We’re on the hunt for the Allstars who are teaching, coaching and supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople – the mentors who make workplaces shine.

The campaign officially kicks off Monday 7 September, closing 15 November 2026.
